1. What this site is
hitv-apps.com publishes information, guides, and download links related to the HiTV application. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, the fix is simple: don't use the site.
2. Our relationship to HiTV
We are an independent informational resource. We are not the developer of HiTV, we don't operate its servers, and we don't host its content. Using the HiTV app is governed by the app's own terms, presented inside the app when you register. Nothing here modifies those terms.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of this site or of software you chose to install after reading it. Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid us to use this site, which is zero.
