Before you write: quick self-service
A lot of messages we receive already have answers on the site, so a quick check might save you the wait:
- App won't install or play? The troubleshooting guide covers the common failures with fixes ordered by likelihood.
- Setting up a TV? The Fire TV, Android TV, and Google TV guides each walk through the whole process, including the Downloader code 1910890.
- Account or content question? Check the FAQ first.
- Old version acting up? The update guide is probably your fix.
What to send where
Guide corrections are the most useful mail we get. If a step no longer matches the app, tell us which page and which step, and we'll retest it.
Legal and rights matters should follow the process on the DMCA page so nothing gets lost; notices sent that way are handled first.
Questions about your HiTV account or its content library are outside our reach. We're an independent guide site, not the app's support desk, so account recovery or billing has to go through the support option inside the app itself.
